La Fraise Fashion General Item Return Policy - In most cases, items shipped from La Fraise Fashion can be returned within 30 days after delivery
Please do not send it back without permission. The address on the package is not a return address.
The following items/situations will not be accepted for return/refund:
- Accessories and Jewelry
- Items purchased with a gift card
✳ If a package is returned for destruction due to incorrect address/unclaimed, our only responsibility is to resend the package. And the buyer needs to pay the shipping cost. Or we will issue a refund with a deduction of 20% of the order value to pay for the return shipment of an unclaimed parcel.
✳ We are unable to issue refunds for packages that are shown as delivered but not received. Contact the shipping service in this case. We don't cover the lost or stolen parcel by post service or by DHL which is authorized by receiver to leave at the front door, please offer a correct shipping address and don't use P.O Box address. Make sure you can accept the post service
✳ We are unable to cancel/refund if the order is in transit
✳ We are unable to cancel/refund an order due to a delay in transit unless 50 days have passed since the order was shipped.
✳ Please note that the costs for express delivery (DHL, UPS, FedEX, Aramex, etc.) is non-refundable.
30 DAY PRODUCT GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with the item you received you may submit a return request to us as follows:
- Within 30 days of receiving the product apply for return with a photo or video explaining the issue.
- We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
- If Approved, you will also be asked to return the product.
- After receiving the returned item and checking that it do not affect secondary sales, we will refund (the shipping costs except).
- Once the refund process is approved, we will only refund the money to the credit card/account where the payment was originally made. Requests for refunds to other credit cards/accounts for any reason will not be accepted.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the shipping company you choose. Shipping fees is not refundable.
In case of defective/incorrect/missing items was received, please describe the problem and provide photo or video evidence. Otherwise we unable to provide a free return lable.
✳ Please look at the size chart in the product description before placing an order. We are not responsible for ignoring the size chart and choosing the wrong size.
✳ Please note that we are also not responsible for your choice of style. You must understand that all products look different on every body type. Consider this before placing an order.
✳There can be slight differences in the colors of pictures versus the original due to the lighting and different screen features.
✳ Note that we can accept goods only in case it is hanging by the wall, its marketable condition, consumer attributes, stamps, and factory labels or packing box are untouched. It is unwashed, unworn, undamaged.
We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed. If you do not email us within 5 hours of placing an order, we will not be able to cancel it.
HOW TO APPLY FOR RETURN/REFUND/RESEND:
To apply for a return, go to your customer account and fill out the form
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

And here are two ways you can choose:
The first: you can make a new order of new size, we will refund you the wrong size item after we receive the parcel you return.
The second: we will reship you new size dress after we receive the parcel.

Sorry, we are unable to recalculate the order if you forgot to apply the coupon code at checkout. You can use the coupon for your next purchase
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
La Fraise Fashion is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, La Fraise Fashion will not issue store credit for your returns.

• The gift card is issued with an expiration date of 1 year. The expiration date is indicated on the gift card.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged or reissued.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money.
• We don’t accept returns paid with a gift card.
